Scrambled Tofu with Vegetables - De La Sel ‘Indienne’

  • Silken Tofu - 1 Box - broken into curds.

  • Chopped Veggies: example: Shitake, peas, cherry tomato, summer squash.

  • Garlic (Optional) - one clove - diced

  • Ginger (Optional) - 1/2” finely chopped

  • 1 or 2 Green Onions - coarsely chopped

  • De La Sel ‘Indienne’ - ~.5 Teaspoon - Roughly crushed

  • Olive Oil

Add olive oil to fry pan over medium flame. Add garlic and ginger and De La Sel. Saute’ till garlic lightly browned. Add vegetables and tofu and saute till vegetable are cooked and tofu takes on the spice.

Season to taste.
